Once you've booked a site survey, you can expect a call to arrange the most convenient time for your site visit.

On the day of the survey  notes and measurements within your premises will be taken to calculate your drainage flow rate, expected FOG output and what space you have available for a grease management solution such as an automatic grease recovery unit (GRU) or various alternatives.

You may be asked a few questions regarding kitchen operations and they may even be able to give you some helpful tips on how to quickly and easily reduce the amount of FOGs going into your wastewater outlet.
